In this submission, he reflects on how access to justice is a fundamental human right, yet remains out of reach in practice due to discrimination, exclusion, and systemic barriers. The blog also examines the International Principles on Access to Justice, looks at how these principles are currently being implemented in Bangladesh, and outlines practical actions needed to protect the rights of persons with psychosocial disabilities, in line with the CRPD and international guidelines.
